Tristan Hoare Gallery is delighted to present a group exhibition at PAD St Tropez 2026, bringing together artists across generations and disciplines whose practices emphasises craftsmanship, cross-disciplinary dialogue, and the intersection of the decorative and fine arts. Featuring works by internationally acclaimed artists Tristano di Robilant, Nicolas Lefebvre, Kaori Tatebayashi, Mick Cooper and Sydney Albertini, this presentation reflects the gallery’s vision of contemporary art, rooted in depth of making, intergenerational conversation, and a shared commitment to material intelligence.
Tristano di Robilant (b. 1964) is an Italian-American artist, currently living and working in Rome and London. For PAD St Tropez, Di Robilant will present a series of new hand-blown translucent Murano glass sculptures that balance fragile geometries with a poetic, luminous presence.
Nicolas Lefebvre (b. 1982) is a French artist living and working in Paris. For PAD St Tropez, Lefebvre will present work that combines objects from different materials, cultures and time periods, celebrating our shared global heritage by orchestrating intersections between historical form and new contemporary making.
The gallery is also excited to exhibit Kaori Tatebayashi’s (b. 1972) bronze sculptures of seasonal flora, capturing their fleeting beauty with striking sensitivity and precision.
Mick Cooper (1944-2025) was a British sculptor known for his animal and human figures rendered in marble, stone and bronze, at both intimate and monumental scales. For PAD St Tropez, the gallery will exhibit Cooper’s Turtle, a work that exemplifies his enduring engagement with form, weight and natural life.
Featured alongside these works, the gallery will present works by Sydney Albertini (b.1973, Paris). Albertini’s botanical paintings explore the themes and techniques normally associated with what society calls ‘women’s craft,’ reclaiming and elevating these traditions within a fine art context. Her work sits in a productive dialogue with the broader presentations interest in craft lineages and the boundaries between decorative and fine arts.
